The first item of the meeting: reviewed and approved the agenda of the 8th China Polyester Film Industry Technology and Market Seminar.

The second item of the meeting: on the renewal of the special committee, the following decision was reached: the term of office of the fourth council of the special committee has expired, and it is planned to re-election at the annual meeting in March and April 2022. The leading group for the change of the special committee is composed of 13 people, including Yi Zhilong, Wu Peifu, Liu Zhongdao, Ma Li, Sun Jianghua, Jiang Chunhui, Chen Yong, Jiang Yong, Liu Jian, Li Gang, Chen Yongchao, Xia Ye and relevant leaders of China Plastics Association. Yi Zhilong is the group leader, and Liu Zhongdao, Ma Li, Sun Jianghua and relevant leaders of China Plastics Association are the deputy group leaders. After the meeting, the leading group for the transition work will draft the transition work plan and submit it to the China Plastics Processing Industry Association for approval.

The third item of the meeting: Deputy Secretary General Xia Ye introduced the process and main contents of the preparation and solicitation of the Guidance on the Fourteenth Five Year Plan for the Development of Polyester Film Industry, which was reviewed and approved by the meeting and agreed to be officially released.

The fourth item of the meeting: discuss how to further strengthen the formulation of industry group standards. The special committee will organize and launch the industry league standard work. The next work plan is: 1. Establish a standardization working group of the special committee to make overall arrangements for the formulation of the industry league standard; 2. Research, discuss and determine the overall product framework, determine the classification of polyester film products and sort out key production enterprises of various products; 3. Propose the first batch of products to formulate the group target, and determine the leading enterprises and participating enterprises; 4. In this process, seek professional guidance from the Federation and conduct professional training when necessary.

The fifth item of the meeting: Yi Zhilong, director of the special committee, shared the statistical data of industry capacity, industry operation rate, industry import and export, market price, industry capacity construction, and analyzed the opportunities, challenges and future development expectations of the industry.

The sixth item of the meeting: the presidents of the enterprises present at the meeting expressed their views on the current and future development of the industry, and introduced and analyzed the impact of the current power and production restriction on the enterprises and the industrial chain.

The presidents of enterprises attending the meeting communicated well and said they would continue to follow the development concept of "innovation, integrity, harmony and order" to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry!
